Nav4All is from The Netherlands, I think, and CoPilot Live has a lovely English accent. How they compare to Garmin, I can't say, since Garmin won't run on my Verizon 8830.

Garmin have just brought out an application for mobiles and Blackberries in the EU. One of payment of �89, no monthly fee, and its for the lifetime of the device which possibly means you can't move it to another device.
