Good luck with that JS, I am fairly certain they signed a non compete when they were hired and a confidentiality agreement that if breached would dissolve any profits or payments owed to them when they left the company. And could result in a further lawsuit by Rim seeking damages. I don't think you will get many responses. just my 2 cents.
