Hey everyone. I've searched thoroughly but can't find a reference to this problem. I'm on a 9530 with most recent OS via Verizon. I sync wirelessly via BIS from an Outlook 2003 server. My phone previously was on a BES and I've done a complete wipe / reinstall to remove / disable all the remnants from that.

Basic Inbox sync is flawless. I had to do a wired sync via DM 5 to get my Inbox folders from Outlook to show up on my 9530. They are all there now. When I choose Menu->Options->Email Settings->Menu->Folder redirection, I see my email account (and only email sync'd to device) as the first line, with an Inbox under it, and a Spam folder under that. None of the remaning Folder structure is present. Below is my folder structure when I choose Menu->View Folder from my Messages inbox.

    Browser Messages
    Inbox
    Spam
    Mailbox - Barry Rayburn
    Deleted Items
    Inbox
Several folders .... these are the ones I would like to set up for redir.
    Junk E-mail
    Sent Items
    Missed Calls
    MMS Inbox
    Etc.
Etc. (rest of the usual folder tree)

When I choose: Menu->Options->Email Settings->Menu->Folder Redirection I see this list.

    brayburn@mydomain....
    Inbox
    Spam

But that's it. The "other" Inbox and folders from above are not there to select.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure I'm missing something silly, just can't find it or figure it out.

    Thanks.

    Barry

Sorry - tried to do indentation on the folder structure, but it didn't "take." If the specifics of the tree level are critical, I will repost in another format.
