    My flashlight on my BlackBerry Q10 won't work no matter what! Not in anything! Not in taking photos or using flashlight app built within. I've even tried downloading flashlight app from BlackBerry world and it still doesn't work! What do I do?

    Downloaded bbve definitely something wrong with flash also nfc is giving error as well. Ugggg

    Mine won't turn on if the battery is lower than 15-20%. Is your battery fully charged and it's still not working?

    Is it still under warranty? If it is, bring it back to the shop you bought it from and get a replacement or refund. You will have proof that it's not working properly thanks to BBVE.

    That's such a shame.

    If you are still in a contract, speak to your provider anyway and make a complaint saying your phone doesn't work as intended anymore and you would like it to be fixed.

    Most providers will fix it for you (usually the case in UK) but it means not having a phone for up to a week.

    My current provider (Vodafone UK) allow one exchange of a phone every two years. I only found that out after speaking to senior staff who agreed to replace my 9800 after about 20 months into the contract. Needless to say, all the help desk agents didn't help, so I just asked to speak to their supervisor each time lol.
