Flash player is on its way out. Adobe is no longer developing mobile Flash. iCS no longer supports it either. HTML5 will replace it.
Flash player was never available for any iOS devices.

ok...what about site that require flash? if the blackberry every get html5, will it be compatible with those site that has flash player?
The lazy site developers would need to redesign the site to use HTML5 instead of Adobe Flash. That should happen sooner, rather than later, as no modern mobile devices will be supporting Flash.

I hope it gets everything!
I highly doubt it. Right now the PlayBook has flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was pulled out of BB10 since Adobe is no longer supporting it.
Flash is simply too clucky for mobile devices. It's made to be interacted with using a mouse and keyboard.
Most Android users going forward will be using Chrome without Flash (few people really install alternate browsers). And of course we all know about iOS.
So those lazy site developers, as you say, will soon be lazy unemployed developers if they don't get with the program here. Apple and now Google have finally killed Flash, and by doing so, made the internet a better place.

Even adobe themselves have stopped development mobile flash.
