I've been dreaming of the 8320 BB Curve but the rumored 9000 sounds like it might be the one!
What to do, what to do?
Would have the following:
1. video
2. Seamlessly feel like I am in Windows (e.g. none of that mobile look to websites).
3. faster website access
4. MS outlook with html features built in
5. While the screen is pretty big on my curve I would like the capability to have an IPhone sized screen but I don't want to give up my keyboard.
6. the ability to view you tube videos and other online videos.
I would love a curve...especially since T-Mobile tricked me into getting the 8800 a month before the curve came out!
Dream Crackberry- My current Pearl with new OS
My idea would be the 8830 with video/recorder, camera, the option of wi-fi, GPS ....and all the specs of rumored 9000
Come on Crackberry!!! Papa needs a new 8130 for the wifey!!
I wish I had excellent cell reception everywhere I went. wifi 3g video etc.
Can you make this happen for the Holidays? You would be the BEST! :)
Mine would be the 8320 and try to figure out how to use the WIFI feature.
Would love the free BB for my fiancee :) Hmm... the dream features I want is a TRUE all-in-one-device.
1) high quality camera/video capture. high pixel count is nice, but to have a good camera means that I can leave my digital camera at home and use my BB on the go.
2) 3G and video streaming. True youtube, flash in browser, etc.
3) enough storage space so I can use it as a portable drive for project files.
A killer BB with tons of Storage space, like maybe 1GB built in would be awesome, with WiFi, and getting all the carriers to stop locking out the cool stuff.
3G!!
8700 style keyboard
BES style wireless sync for BIS
Camera with video capability
able to store and use apps from SD card
more on board memory
Seriously, I want my 8830 to have native GPS enabled...
Would be great to have wi-fi built in, but i'll bet VZW would find some way to disable it so it only worked with their own hotspots, at an extra charge of $10/month.
{edit}
and an updated OS so i could use A2DP headphones with the 8830.
I have my dream blackberry of the Red Curve and I use its built in GPS all the time!
The built in GPS on my Red Curve is the bomb! Also everything else that it is capable of...
Curve is pretty close... I would like gps and wifi....
greg
GPS, 3G++, and Wifi, with FM/Sat radio and a touch screen.
I have been trying to decide what model to buy and after comparing models at a verizon store i am leaning toward th 8130.
simple applications like my sony ericsson w810 had, stopwatch (for power hour!), timer, converter, tip calculator, world clock and currency exchange. also a dedicated AIM program like the sidekicks... aside from the 3g and gps stuff.
Wifi..... GPS.... 3G is a must.. Especially since I tether my BB to my laptop for internet wherever I am EDGE just doesnt cut it! And a touch screeeeen would top it alll off for me... MMMMM
Bluetooth Syncing
Touch Screen
Better support for Macs!
Well, I am new to Blackberry's, so everything about my blackberry pearl I love....so essentially it is my dream BB model. But if I had the ability to create a "dream" BB, it would be one that could remote control my T.V., garage, start my car, and most importantly.....mute my wife when she gets jealous of me on my blackberry!! lol :D
My dream model is the curve, just because its smaller then my current one and it has a camera - the camera is really the only thing I miss about my old phone...
I've got the 8300 Curve and it's sweet. I use just about all the different apps on a daily basis .... phone, email, text, web, games, etc. The 9000 sounds neat as long as it functions as flawlessly as the rest of the BB family. I would just have to try one to see if it would ever replace the Curve.
