We have tried going online with BlackBerry Protect since we wiped it but it no longer shows up

Why don't they look like they would steal? You can come to this conclusion just by looking at someone?

I'm sure people didn't think Bonnie Parker was a thief, but she was and did a lot worse than that.

Don't even need to send BBM invites! You can pin-to-pin message them, I'd say start by being polite and asking to bring back the phone then if they don't accept then start saying you'll call the cops

It's what is quoted above. I just ran it through sayit's translator, tossed in a real Ecuadorian cartel name, and sent it to the pin in the OP.
They never answered.

You're probably right. We filed a police report, and took them the pictures.

I even have the responding officer on BBM and have followed up with him.

It is our phone, we have done everything we can to get it back.

We really appreciate everything the CrackBerry community is doing to help.
