These were the common themes that almost all my friends had in terms of issues with BBM on their non-bb phones. (ps, currently at 91 contacts, haven't been so high in years)

1) chats in groups doesn't let you send photos in the chat, only available as a photo post in the photo section;

2) can't send videos, and large files

3) can't make quick voice captures to send

4) keyboard automatically pops up when opening a chat, no setting to disable as it takes up a lot of screen real estate, adding an extra tap or two to scroll through new messages.

Warranted or not, someone pass these on to the devs for the next update.

BB knows they dont have some of these features. They were not planned for initial release and are going to be added in the future.
