I loved the simple aspects of the OS. However, the issues with many of the Android based apps becoming slower and slower or broken without Google Playstore runtime made BB10 phones less tool and more toy due to wasted time looking for go around solutions. I prefer BlackBerry Android over basic android.

Like most here, the HUB is the key on BB10. But the swipe gestures are amazing as is the multitasking available from the home screen.

When I was still using my 9900 as my primary phone I didn't mind using my Droid or my iPhone on the 2nd line. In many ways, the Droid or iPhone seemed better and I always thought that I'd just jump to Droid full time (it edges out iPhone IMO).
Unfortunately, I finally made the jump to BB10 and it thoroughly spoiled me. Now, like a few of the previous posters, I pick up my Droid or my iPhone and it seems so awkward and clunky. BlackBerry simply glides and is elegant.

I'm fortunate as I'm not an App-Happy dude. I really only need about 8 apps and that's it. The only app I can't get on my BB10 is my Banking app. No biggie as I just fire up the Droid when I need to remote deposit a check. The rest I have and they all run great, most coming from BB World, and a few from Amazon. I gave up on trying to side-load as it's not efficient and the apps I tried don't run well if at all, with frequent crashes. Even some Amazon Apps like Shazam don't run well on my BB10. But Soundhound does and so I use that instead. No issues.

The gesture based OS. The typing experience is just as amazing.

    OK, two things.

Hub, Guess this makes sense when we think of efficient communication. Best of all is the flow and I love a real keyboard.

Coming for the hub, so great to have all in one place. But staying for the flow : everything is efficient and smooth. I don't see myself going to another OS until I have to (they said BB10 gonna die, but now it is still very much alive).

best feature: being able to bounce between youtube videos and the hub without pausing. The efficiency is crazy compared to iOS.

The Hub and not having to launch an app to respond. I use my BlackBerry as a communication tool. I don't need to play games or watch Netflix on my BlackBerry, I have a 60" TV for that stuff.

The entire OS is awesome but the Hub has to be the best feature.
