I only really use Assistant for scheduling reminders or appointments. It is the absolute most efficient way to do so.

How will you use using voice command? Any example?

So many ways, that's why it's so great...

"Remind me to take the pie out of the oven in 25 minutes"

"Schedule a doctor's appointment for next Tuesday at 4pm"

"Schedule a meeting with so-and-so tomorrow at 930am"

"Wake me up in 20 minutes"

I regularly use it for all of these things and find her to be incredible accurate and far more efficient than entering all of the same information manually.

I am with BirdDog on that one.... only use it for reminder, is faster for me than any other way.

I just tried the 'turn on the flashlight' command. After repeating myself twice, it finally dialed a telephone number that didn't include enough numerals to connect.

    BB Assistant FTW!

P.S. Why would you need to ask '2+2', even once?

No no. '2+2' just an example. However I did not manage to get the assistant to do decimal calculation.

Thanks, pretty cool what you can do with the flashlight through BA. Just asked Siri and she said 'sorry I can't do that' never knew BA would turn on the flashlight this beats going through the drop down menu.

Twitter Trends, it's the only way to access them on the bb10 app.

Is there a way to get trends with the pkb in the assistant?

How strange you must be. Works for me.

And add 2+2 - perfect example of how to test command. Or perhaps for yourself to give the answer.

Yeah, I don't know. I'm running the original Passport on the last BB10 version available.

    Funny story:

After trying and failing with the flashlight request yesterday morning, I decided I'd try another 'request'. I said "F*** you, BlackBerry."

Well, the 'Assistant' swung into action! It said "Dialing the mobile number of [my boss]."

At that point, I was rapidly trying to turn that **** off!
