I have accidentally set my password wrong and now can't get into my phone. I am on to my last attempt and it says if i fail all information will be deleted! Help. I know everything that has been downloaded etc. If it helps its a curve 9500. Please help me I'm close to tears!!!

I hope you made a backup. If you do not remember the password, there is nothing that can be done except type "blackberry" after the last incorrect attempt and wipe the user data. Once that happens, you can restore from a backup using BlackBerry Desktop Software if you have a backup.

This would be BIS, Blackberry Internet Service. What is your carrier?

I don't think there is much choice but to wipe the phone and start over. You need to download Blackberry Desktop Manager and back up the phone on a regular basis. Unfortunately without the password, you cannot back up now before wiping the phone.
