I have a Blackberry 8320 from Tmobile and as of late my phone has constantly rebooting itself for no apparent reason. I've called Tmobile and they've walked me through steps and after a couple of days the problem continued. The phone was purchased only a year and a half ago. I would like to file for an insurance claim but I fear that they may be out of this series since it so old or that I may be stuck with a Blackberry 8500 series, which I'm not fond of. Would anyone care to share their experience with Tmobile insurance.
