    Our office recently upgraded from POP3 server to a 2003 Exchange Server. Blackberries are configured to receive emails via OWA. We do not have BES. Each night our blackberry users get an email indicating that their service has been turned off because of possible username/password change. Is there another way to configure the blackberries or exchange so users do not have to re-enter passwords each day to retrieve emails on blackberries?

    It does one or the other. I am not the IT department in our office but one of those is what is happening every night. Do you know how to fix that?

    Post over at one of the other BB Forums (blackberryforums.com or pinstack.com). Lots of techies over there. Most troll this board too.
