    BBM goes cross platform and is an (initial) raging success...

    10.2 lands in loads of countries and across loads of carriers seemingly simultaneously...

    Not to bring this down or anything, but we still need to wait and see if the update installs smoothly on the majority of devices out there. That's the one thing left that can go wrong.

    Nonetheless, I still can't wait until the 10.2 update installs on my Z10. Just 80% left until it's installed

    Depends on where you are. Check the blog post on the front page on the schedules for each region. Most of the world is rolling out this week.

    It would seem all the UK carriers released simultaneously this afternoon which is a HUGE change from some people hanging around and much improved!

    Not everything goes perfect, some devices have issues some don't. Look at apple

    Don't worry. Much of the media will ignore this and focus on the fact that BBM for iOS "broke" when iOS 7.03 was pushed out. Quite a coincidence that Apple pushed out iOS 7.03 without the font BBM uses -- right after the BBM for iOS launch.

    I thought we would be able to adjust brightness, and a few other options from the pull down menu with 10.2. Was I misinformed?

    Hahahaha I was thinking this too. This doesn't even feel like the same company.. if only they did this in the spring and released the q10, q5, z10, and z30 at once. Could you have imagined the release for all 4 phones and Bbm cross platform all at once? It would literally have flood the market
