I got the Curve 8900 about a month ago and have been getting the following error message and the phone has been completely seizing up.

Uncaught exception:!net.rim.device.api.system.ObjectGroupRe adOnlyException.

I took the phone back to my carrier and the told me that they had to do an update to it.

The problem continued after that and now they are telling me that it will take AT LEAST 3 weeks for them to send it to Blackberry to fix.

Does this sound right?

I would also like to know where I could get a screen for the Bold. I have one of those as well but the screen is shattered.
