I keep getting a message saying "a fatal error has occured while trying to update devices software. please try again later" any idea how to fix that? everything is connected and DM is showing PIN. thanks.

PS. I know I have asked ALOT on here in the past day, sorry about that. I just keep having problems. and trust me I do try to resolve them myself before coming here.
