upgrated to the new bold 9930 on sprint yesterday. When signing onto blackberry app world get the above error message which says "to many PIN changes associated with this account" Havent found a solution yet doing a CB search. Any help much appreciated. Result is I'm locked out.
Update. Problem solved. Initially went into a sprint corporate store who were unfamilar with this error id. However, they called blackberry who recommended i email them with the problem. I did so while still in the sprint store. Within two hrs blackberry emailed me back saying the problem would be fixed no charge or anything. I checked my phone within an hour later and error id 30801 was fixed. It appears contacting blackberry customer service direct 877-255-2377 is the way to go.
