    (Before you ask... I did search here and can't find a relevant answer!)

    I just changed my 9780 (email working fine) for a 9900. I had to validate my email accounts on moving phone. 2 out of 3, no problem. The third wouldn't validate. I tried from the phone and from online. So I deleted the relevant email account and tried to reset it up (from phone and from online). All I get is a message telling me "An error occurred during email account validation".

    I have pulled sims and batteries, waited many minutes, tried multiple times. I know I have entered my information correctly. This is a BIS account that I have used for 4yrs or so on BB with no problem.

    I'd really appreciate some help form you crackberry wizards

    Additional Info:

    This was escalated to Vodafone level 3 and they confirm that the details are all correct and even they can't add it, so it has been sent to their RIM specialists....

    Will post solution if I get one...
