I received a picture a friend sent me on blackberry messenger...my options were to save, or delete, etc....I hit "save"....it asked me to name the file, so I did, then it went back to the conversation and it just says error: could not save file....i can see the picture teeny tiny next to the words in the conversation but not the full size one that asked me to save it and rename it....what can I do to retrieve this pic? thx!
