1. You can install the jad to your Media card, then install it from there. Here's a reference: http://forums.crackberry.com/f2/load...d-apps-100763/

2. You should not delete the BBDimension Themes unless you don't plan to download any 3rd party themes. Many 3rd party themes build on the BBDimension Themes and won't work if they are not present. I deleted Today and Icon, simply because I only use BBDimension Zen. If that's your situation, then you can delete Today.
