    In the process of connecting two working BBs, 8330 and 8830 that were both syncing with the BES to Desktop Manager to restore the autotext database to both. Something happened to cause both to stop syncing with the BES. The BES status showed "No PIN". Tried to reactivate, but in Enterprise Activation it only displays "Desktop: Activated On (date)", no "Email:", "Password:" or "PIN:". Have also tried deleting one of the users and re-adding. Tried re-provisioning. Still doesn't work.
    Any clue?

    ETA: would like to avoid wiping the phone
