hey guys, every time i go to get pics off my phone and load em to my computer thru BB desktop manager it says i have an encrypted media card and cant sync my pics vids or anything.
How can i fix this so itll work to sync my pics/audio/vid etc from my phone to my computer???
ive tried looking in my phnoe but cant seem to find anything at all.
Please help, its a hassle going thru my C drive and copying/pasting pics from there to my pics folder, i just wanna do it easy thru BBDM
