We just did a BES upgrade over the past weekend, all went well. BES 4.1.4 now in effect. Just had to wipe my BB and was going to restore it. Started off great wipe pretty good but the reload took an hour and a half. I was shocked, spoke to some other friends and they told me that was about the standard. Anyone out there experiencing this.

If you wipe the Berry with Content Protection enabled, yup...takes a while.
