It depends on what OS you have on your BB. If you are using 4.5 you can do so by Going to Email --> Options --> Email Settings --> then set the Download Images Automatically to Yes

Task 2: Set the Download Images Automatically option (Set this option for each integrated email account)

    1. On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the message list.
    2. Display the menu and select Options.
    3. Click Email Settings.

    4. In the Enable HTML Email section, click Download Images Automatically and select one of the following:
    * Yes, to automatically retrieve embedded images
    * No, to manually download embedded images
    BlackBerry Search Results

It would help us help you if we knew what OS version you were running. Got to Options, About and tell us what you have.

You'll have to have 4.5 for images in email. or get an HTML email viewer (BBSmart or Empower).

BBSmart works OK! I haven't tried other ones, but you'll need one unless you can wait until you get 4.5.

I don't think the images will load in 4.5 with html. I'm pretty sure as of now you still have to go thru the menu and select download images.
