    Is this the automated response you are meant to get?

    Seems generic as this is the automated response you get for any of their support emails.

    Will I actually get VIP support or just generic support? Lol

    Generic support and will be escalated it merited. Curious though, why do you think you would receive VIP support? I mean a level higher than generic.

    I've been a VIP Customer for a number of years since 2011, have never had to use the status prior to this however.
