With my Windows mobile OS phone, I can email from a text, I just type in the address in the recipient section and it goes through, without data... I cannot do this on my Blackberry? I do not have the data plan so I was kinda hoping it would work, but I cant type an address in a text, I can only enter #'s! RIM are some smart people... or is there a way around this? Im a cheap-o. Thanks

You said it better than I could, you'll get what you pay for.

Another question, there is Medianet on the BB, but I've read the MEdiaNet packages will not work with the blackberry, correct? I don't get it.

I used to text to an email address and it worked. Back then, I had 7250 and didn't have data plan. Now that I have data plan, I can email instead of text to an email address.
