So I got my berry in feb. And did the whole setup...things were riding smoothly until today-my default for sending emails changed to my band's account instead of my personal-i can't figure out how to change it back!! Can anyone help? Thanks!

I also am having email problems, i went to Default and there is nothing there? WTF!! I used to be able to switch from my Yahoo account to my Blackberry account, could ya help plz?

you might want to go to your email setup icon and log in to your bis page and make sure your email is in there. if it is, send your service books from that page and see if that helps. if its not there, re-add your email account..

Ok so it keeps saying that my username and password are invalid, I was able to log on via my laptop to verizon and changed my username and password but it still will not let me log on via my BB? Any ideas?

Just got it to log in and it say my BIS is deactivated or suspended? How is that possible?

i would call verizon customer service and see if they can reset your bis account.

I have problem, icon " email setup" was suddenly dissappear but at application list is still stand there.
