    I just got a curve 8310 and cannot setup my email. My friend sold me his old phone. When I got to the email setup wizard, I select setup a new email address. When I put in my preferred new email address, it tells me that there is already an email account currently setup with my phone's PIN. I tried calling my service provider and they had me do a system handheld wipe but it gives me the same message. They dont even know what to do. This is extremely frustrating...any ideas on what I can do? Thanks!

    Your friend needs to call the carrier and release the PIN from their account so you can register the PIN with your account and set up email.
