    I had to change my password for my email account with AOL. Now I get a message saying that my email will not be forwarded to my BB because of the password change! I am trying to fix the situation but I am supposed to have a PIN and an IMEI number? Where do I find it?? Help!

    From your device go to options > status

    You just need to change the password on your email setup on the BB or your carrier BIS site if you set it up there. You should not need the PIN and IMEI number.
