When I try to send an email from my device [curve 8330] it does not send, remains in the inbox with a red exclamation point next to it. ive recently switched from using Entourage [mac version of outlook] to using gmail, i dont know if this could cause the problem but i sent a few emails before this started happening so im not sure if it would. please help its making me resent my bb

My brothers storm did something similar. He called up blackberry support at verizon. I am not sure what they did but it worked after a battery pull. Good luck
