well i dont know why, but i had a bit of trouble with my phone, then when i have sorted it out my email folder has gone? i still have the sms and mms folder and messages folder. but not the email folder that normally has my email underneath it? i get my emails in the messages one. but i loved having the seperate one, any help?
First make sure that it's not hidden (open the entire menu, then do blackberry key --> show all)
If it is not, try to resend your service books. Go into Setup --> e-mail settings then I have a log in, not sure if you do. If you do, log in then hit blackberry key -> service books --> send service books
