it's not working, but strange because my BB Bold it's Vodafon but unlocked !
the web page give me a MSG / this BB is registered with a different service provider , pls re register this BB and verify the URL matches the one provided by your service provider /
Call Vodafone up and get their BB support team.
is there any another option like re download email application or something
Assuming you entered the IMEI and phone PIN correctly - The main database which links service providers with IMEI and PINs has a problem, your phone already seems to exist with a different provider - or it does not exist at all. These are simple errors but it needs your service provider's input to get it fixed.
