Email account management>> help please
Hi
My emails don't synchronize, so I went to 'Email account management' to check settings are correct:
Select email account management
"checking for updates"
"connect to email settings"
Screen shows 'exisiting users'
If you want to access your email settings or you changed you changed your devise, log in.
Username: ( i type in the accurate and confirmed with wireless provider username)
Password: (i type in the correct and confirmed by provider password)
check the box "remember password" (also tried not checking)
click continue...
A black notice screen appears "The information you provided is incorrect. Retype your username and password. Your username and password are case sensitive."
So i retype carefully checking case and spelling and the problem repeats.
i try and click "forgot password" just to try that and the screen asks:
"Please enter your username to have your password sent to your device"
so i enter in the username i have.
Click contiunue
screen says processing...
then...
Your device encountered a problem with this applications server. Select OK and repeat the action to try again.
( I have reoeated several times, battery and sim pulled the device, got my provider to refresh service books etc.) nothing seems to cure this problem.
Can anybody help please?
