I am new to BB. Have a new 8310. Occassionally, I get a lot of bad echo, particularly of my own voice. It is like a 1 or 2 second delay of a complete replay of what I said. It's like 2 people talking at once.

Is this common with BB?
I am on AT&T and have reported it as a network quality issue.
I am wondering if it might just be this particular unit and go and trade it in.

I had the same problem on an att curve. Just got a bold, and have not had the problem. I think it might be a network issue, someone else might know more.

If it's not a network issue, it could be the Operating System(OS) you're running. I recommend running the most current OS for your device, To find what OS you have, go to Options >About. It will be like 4.2.0 or 4.5.0 You want to be running at least 4.5.0
