i just got a blackberry and people who i talk to have complained that there seems to be a echo on the other end of the phone when i talk to them. has anybody else had this problem???

Nope. I'm on my second bb and never had that issue. My wife also has one and I've never had that issue when on a land line with her either.

Try turning down the treble. Nudge the bass up a hair. I had the same problem, and that took care of it.

how do you edit the treble and bass and also what is a PRL update, im new at this sorry

PRL = Preferred Roaming List, it's updating the towers on your phone. Not sure how to do this on ATT though, you would have to ask your CS. An Alltel rep told me that this would fix it, though he may have been wrong
