is anyone else having trouble? i tried to download the "upgrade" last night... but 1. it is the same v as before. 2. i have now having trouble with the program.

at first the program deleted after i "replaced" the program with the "upgrade" (2.6 should be 3)

then when i tried re-download it is said it was still there!

did a few deletes and re-installs and over-installs. now i get the error below! i have emailed support once yesterday and once today.

I truly believe that E-mobile is the start of everything that has gone wrong with my cherry since I tried to d/l it. you got further than I did, it sent me into a perpetual loop.

I'm not using it at all anymore. I downloaded the e-mobile today. I thought about trying pro but now that I have it working again I don't want to risk it.
