    So Saturday I noticed that I was no longer receiving my OWA e-mail. I didn't think too much about it, as it's my work e-mail, and I was at work all day, so I hadn't needed it. I thought about it last noght, but kind of ignored it. This morning I have the following message from blackberry:

    This email account is not currently accessible by your BlackBerry device, so you may be experiencing a delay in email delivery. This issue may be caused by a temporary problem with your email provider. BlackBerry Internet Service will continue attempting to access this account.


    Any idea how to fix this? I logged in and checked - all my info is correct, and I'm getting my other accounts e-mail. I'm stumped!

    Thanks, unfortunately though, I don't have option to validate. I'm good to go there. I don't know what the problem is. I tried the blackberry site, and searched for some things, but can't seem to figure it out. Maybe it's a problem with my companies server?? However, I can log into it through my computer, so I wouldn't think that that would be a problem, plus with the problem starting on a Sat. - The IT dept isn't big on working weekends.

    I have the same problem with my Outlook Webmail account...it's valid but I got the same message Saturday at 3:21 am saying it would keep trying to get messages. According to my carrier Verizon, there is an issue on Blackberry's end- should be resolved in 24 hours...we'll see. Please let me know if anyone comes up with a fix and thanks!

    We fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago we upgraded to OWA 2003 which took our address from http to https. To fix our issue we just had to modify the account to include the "s". Not sure why this took two weeks to affect us but it did.

    ...sorry to not make a new thread but i cant find the link anywhere to do so... but i was just wondering what to do when i want to change my email address that gets sent to my BB, because im phasing out the one i have on there now and want my new email address emails to be sent to my BB. Thanks!

    I wish that had worked for me. We already had the "s", and it's still there. I still can't get it to work, called Sprint Blackberry Support, they were of no help to me. I don't know what the problem would be.

    I'm an ***** when it comes to technology so I don't know if this is the same type of issue. I haven't received any emails from this site. I've tried to have them email a couple of images and nothing seems to be coming to either my gmail account or to my berry. Any ideas?
