Ok, I have a VZW Curve 8330 running OS 4.5.0.77. I have two e-mail accounts setup to push to my BB. One is a yahoo.com address, the other is a .edu address from college. Recently I have noticed that when I try to delete a message from my school account, I only have "delete" and "cancel" available when I press the delete key. The Yahoo e-mail still says "on mailbox and handheld," "on handheld," and "cancel." What gives? I am still getting e-mails without issue, and it seems like this problem started around the same time as the BIS upgrade. I have resent service books, done a battery pull, everything. No effect. Please help!
Open the folder to the email account in question. Then options/email reconciliation. change delete on to prompt. Under messages services make sure it says the account you want. Hit the back button and save.
