I have the blackberry curve 9330 and just updated from OS 5 to OS 6. Before, the e-mails worked fairly well and instantaneous. I have 2 accounts, one is office outlook web access for school and the other is gmail. The gmail account comes usually right away but the school one takes a while to come, about 5-10 minutes after and sometimes not at all if I check it on my computer first! Does anyone know what to do? Should I delete them and reset them up? Thank you!
If your phone is provided by the company you work for it's likely to be on BES. If you bought it yourself and didn't let your IT department handle it, you're gonna be on BIS.
You're correct... BIS it is. You might try deleting and re-doing the offending email account. The slowness could be a function of your school's email server.
