DTEK security is only available on BlackBerry Android devices.

The hardening, permissions monitor, Integrity Detection (verifies that system files have not been tampered with) are not available to other android devices.

No, the security model includes low-level OS modifications (kernel stuff), stuff that is Apple's territory. iOS can't be modified by third parties and re-sold like Android.
