Hi, trying to download my 8120 video to my computer, I get a message saying this can't be done. Is this true? No problem downloading pictures.

I presume you have saved your video to a media card.

There is no reason you can not copy a video clip using Windows file manager when your media card is recognized as a removable drive.

Viewing it is a separate issue. BlackBerry records video as a 3GP file. That is not a native format in Windows Media Player. You will have to download and install a copy of Apple Quicktime for a compatible video viewer.
