I've got an 8830 and have not been able to understand the process for downloading MP3 music from my Dell PC. I've loaded the Blackberry CD onto my PC and I've also got the USB cable. I have an '08 Ford Fusion with Sync and would like to play Mp3 music from my Blackberry into the system in the car.
Any help?
First, you have to have a media card.
Then just make sure you have mass-storage mode enabled in the phone and it will "just work".
:eek:when you plug your usb cable into your computer, you should see a msg on your BB, just hit ok to enable your mass media (you need a memory card first).
then all should be fine
