And if so, is it free? Verizon has me paying like $6 a month to use its VZ Navigator. If I use Nav4all do I still have to pay for the use of my GPS, or is it free?

#1 VZNav is $10 a month.
#2 yes, nav4all, bbmaps, and a few others are free.

Nav4All works with storm... and there is also AmaZe but as far as i know amaze doesn't work with Verizon Storm phones.
