Does the Blackberry Classic/Q20 work in Finland?

Hi, Im considering purchasing the Blackberry Classic from ebay and I am wondering if it works with Sonera's 3G and 4G networks? I am uncertain about its compatibility with my network provider Sonera.

Also what is the difference between the SQC 100-1 and SQC 100-4?
