    My phone stopped working a few days ago and when i tried turning it on it came up with a white screen saying 'App error 606'. I looked online to try and get some help on what to do but after doing all them things it still is not working. I have done a hard reset, tried connecting it to Blackberry desktop (which never recognised my device), booting it in safe mode and i cant exactly upgrade the OS as my device wont even come on. Can somebody please helpp
