    however sometimes the trackpad has issues.. other than that its the best to date!

    Another vote for the trackpad! Loved the trackball but that thing's a pain to clean. And like the op says, the trackpad is much more accurate.

    The only thing I don't like about the trackball is how it behaved when it was dirty. So I prefer the trackpad and believe it or not, prefer the trackwheel over the trackball.

    I used to think the trackball was better (on my 9000) until I had my 9900 for a few days. No comparison, the trackpad is a better solution.
