I carry only one phone. I do not like having to lug around multiple things, I would rather my one device do everything.

I currently only have a 9930 as a personal/work phone, but I have 6 different emails set up on it. I'm looking forward to getting another phone just for work, it will be much easier to manage! I would love to try out the Torch.

Bold 9900 for personal and Bold 9000 for work. I wanted a different number and phone for work, easier to keep things seperate.

My personal 9900 is always with me. Work 9630 is only with me on weekdays. Also have a 4th gen iPod touch that I tuck into my back pocket at times for games or to listen to music in my car.

I'm just a believer in keeping my work and personal life separate...I don't want to be reliant on a company issued phone and have to deal with their restriction, their right to monitor what I do on it, or the inconvenience of not having one should I choose to leave the company. It also lets me shut the company phone off completely when I'm on holidays since I'm not using it as my only mobile phone.

I have to carry 2. My personal phone is a 9930 which i do more work on than the totally crappy Sprint/Nextel Sanyo Pro 700. Total POS but due to my position in safety I have to be on call. I just give dispatch my BB number because the Sprint phone signal is so weak it doesnt work at my house. I live well within the bounds of the Phoenix Metro area. Sprint is a peice of crap carrier. My 9930 never loses signal. The company buys the cheapest stuff they can find.

Nah man, I only carry my 9900 for both personal and professional use. If I need to do any extensive web-surfing or youtubeing (it's a word!), I'll just reach for my PB. I do always carry my PB, just because at 6'4" 245 lbs, I'm a pretty decent sized dude and I don't have a problem carrying it in my pant pocket

My work 9650 is on BES. Everything on it, everything I do with it is visible. I do not want my personal conversations or browsing habits on my work device.

I would never conduct personal business or carry on personal communications on a BES device.

i have 2 phones. i dont like it really but it does have benefits i now keep work related things to one phone. the real reason i use 2 phones is to take advantage of cheaper same carrier calls.

I have a few Blackberry devices and a few other mobile phones... but it's something i use as advanced user and for work.

I think that less cell phones is more.
Most of the people i know are using a single phone as a primary mobile device and i know that many people also have 1-2 additional devices laying somewhere and not in use.

One of the reasons I went with the 9810 is that I only have to carry one phone. The phone is mine, not an employer's. It's my choice to use it for business, ministry and personal stuff. If the phone were supplied by an employer, then I'd be hauling two around. My private life is my own responsibility, not something an employer needs to scrutinize or subsidize. But, for now, I only have to answer to myself.

Bold 9810 is the latest in a long series of Berries for me, and I have trouble cutting the cord on BB. In Dec I added a Galaxy S2 Skyrocket to the mix, Skype is a big thing for me, but right now so is BBM so I don't see how I get around 2.

Do you keep all three in your pants pocket? Are you a male? You're probably going to get cancer down there.
hahahah. ya, I am a male. I keep one in each pant pocket and one in my shirt pocket. Cancer? lol. who knows. At this stage of my life (almost 66) it don't bother me much if I did get cancer. I gotta have my gadgets. hahahahah

I had thought about a second phone (for business use) but my current BB (9380) works just fine for personal and business use. Not to mention my wife has her own (just an LG flip) and my step-daughter has the Iphone 4S (her dad bought it for her) Needless to say if we need a phone while away from the house 1 of us should have one.

I'm currently on a visit to Lagos, Nigeria, and it's typical to see folks out here carrying 3, 4, or even 5 phones around! Each one is on a different network, and that way if there is a problem with one network, they simply grab another phone and (hopefully) they're good to go!

My Verizon 9930 is working great for me out here with a local sim card and bis package. Also had no problems using it in London, England, on a local sim card.

I carry by Bold 9000 (hope to upgrade within the month) and while at work I have to carry my pain in the 10-4 phone. I only have it while at work, for work. Once I'm done its tossed in the cars cup holder. I don't like to not have my personal phone so its always on my belt if I'm dressed. I would hate to carry more then one phone all of the time.
