I've had a mediocre experience with them also. Ordered a bunch of parts, and 2 weeks later called to see what's going on (paid for fast shipping) and Steve told me they forgot to ship it. How do you forget to ship orders ? Either way, they were nice about it, refunded me the extra payment I made towards the shipping and I got it promptly. I did lose out on sales due to their mistake though.
