So apparently we'll essentially run out of IPv4 addresses by 2012, which would cause a major panic. Do Blackberrys support IPv6, the replacement, yet? Or will it be rolled out in QNX or a BES/BIS upgrade?

Dont worry about that. Your ISP runs your phone through a NAT and they have many ranges of private IPs.

There is no driver to support IPV6. So the short answer, no.
