    I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question,mods can just move this to the right forum, thanks.

    Recently (as in yesterday, around afternoon, GMT +8 time) I'm experiencing frequent disconnection to BIS. I'm kind of being paranoid if it is the application that I installed caused this problems (is that even possible?) or just maybe a coincidence. I started experiencing frequent disconnection after I installed QuickLaunch and SocialScope. I'm also not sure if RIM is having issues with their networks. I can reconnect to BIS by > Managing Connections > (turn-off then turn-on Mobile Network).

    I already contacted my provider (Singtel) and already helped me reset/resend service on their end. But still problems persist.

    Hope someone can help me resolve my issues. TIA
